Stacy Rocheleau

With extensive experience in all aspects of divorce, family law, bankruptcy and collection law Stacy has aggressively and successfully represented numerous clients. Known for her tenacious and unswerving commitment to obtaining the best possible outcome for her clients.

Stacy M. Rocheleau graduated from Whittier College in Los Angeles in 1991 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business. She then received her Doctorate in Jurisprudence from the University of San Diego Law School in 1996. After receiving her law degree, Stacy began as an associate attorney practicing in the fields of business law and family law for a local Las Vegas firm.

Stacy Rocheleau is a member of the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association, Commercial Law League of America, and having been admitted and qualified to practice before the Nevada District Court, U.S. District Court and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the Clark County Bar Association, the Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys, National Association of Women Business Owners and named a “Who’s Who” by In Business in 2006.

Stacy is also a member of The Women's Leadership Council of the United Way of Southern Nevada which was created more than a year ago to help improve lives through education, health care and financial stability. The Council is a vehicle to encourage philanthropy, to inspire other women leaders to join in creating lasting change in our community and to raise money to feed the hungry and provide shelter to the homeless.

Jennifer McDonald

Jennifer represents individuals in all stages of family litigation. She has handled a wide range of Family Law matters, for husbands, wives, grandparents, children, and others, including: Dissolution (Divorce), Child Custody and Visitation, Child Support, Spousal Support (Alimony), Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements, Restraining Orders, Paternity, Separation, Guardianship, Domestic Partnership Agreements, Annulments, Enforcement of Court Orders, Domestic Violence, Child Abuse, Name Change, Adoptions, and Termination of Parental Rights.

Being a native of Las Vegas, Jennifer attended college at the University of Nevada at Las Vegas where she received her Bachelors of Arts degree in Musical Theatre in 1999 while also successfully completing the rigorous Honors Program. Jennifer was fortunate enough to stay in her hometown to attend law school and earned her Juris Doctor degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV in 2003.

Jennifer is a member in good standing with the State Bar of Nevada and is a member of the Family Law Section, and is regularly invited to attend the Family Court Bench-Bar meetings where attorneys in the community address issues directly with the Family Law Judges. Jennifer is also a member of the Clark County Bar Association, the prestigious Nevada Inns of Court, and the Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys. Jennifer is admitted to practice before all District Courts in the State of Nevada, as well as the U.S. Federal District Court.

Aneta Mackovski

Aneta has years of experience in helping client with their divorce, child custody or family law matter. Aneta's experience includes Dissolution (Divorce), Child Custody and Visitation, Child Support, Spousal Support (Alimony), Enforcement of Court Orders, Adoptions, and Termination of Parental Rights.

She earned her Bachelor of Bachelor of Arts with major in Business and Management, University of Maryland, European Division in Heidelberg, Germany and earned her law degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Aneta is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, United States District Court for the District of Nevada and Clark County Bar Association.

Aneta was born in Frankfurt, Germany and spent her childhood in Germany and Macedonia before moving to Las Vegas in 1998. where she still lives with her husband and two children. Aneta is Fluent in German, Macedonian, Bulgarian and Serbian.
